If you have a  high school CERTIFICATE or GCE A Levels, or you graduated from a  college or university, you qualify for undergraduate admission at University , at the bachelor’s degree or undergraduate certificate level. If you hold a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited degree-granting university or college, you qualify for graduate admission at the master’s degree or graduate certificate level.
